Keary Sarabia is a co-founder of the MBH Collaborative and a visionary leader committed to breaking down barriers to mental health services for youth. Drawing on his extensive experience and passion for early intervention, Mr. Sarabia has made significant advancements in mental health access throughout schools in Ohio. As the founder and CEO of RFS Behavioral Health and Educational Health Services (EHS), Mr. Sarabia has pioneered and developed innovative programs to bring critical mental health support directly to schools. Established in 2013, RFS Behavioral Health serves over 80 schools across 16 districts and six counties in Northwest and Central Ohio. Utilizing a progressive, school-based model, the program emphasizes real-time interventions and direct access to mental health services on campus. Notably, the T.A.C.K.L.E program has delivered measurable success by improving attendance, participation, graduation rates, and GPAs while reducing suspensions, expulsions, and disciplinary actions. Mr. Sarabia's work reflects his dedication to collaboration with school leaders and behavioral health agencies, providing strategic guidance to improve mental health outcomes for students.
